Using Roger's DB5 on my wedding day just added fairydust to my already magical day. Richard our driver was polite, professional and extremely helpful on our day. He was ever so friendly and understanding when the wedding party wanted to have pictures with the beautiful car. Using Roger's DB5 meant I never had to worry about that aspect of the wedding even when we had to postpone because he was always in communication with us leading up to the big day. I want to thank Roger and Richard for making a dream of mine come true.

Today was magical, thank you to David from the bottom of our hearts for making every effort to ensure such a beautiful car was punctual, gleaming and perfectly well chauffeured by his good self. In all respects he went the extra mile and I am just over the moon with the way the day went, transporting the groom and father of the bride and then the wedded couple in absolute style - something about Matilda in ribbons seemed to bring out honks of joy from every car you passed! The flowers in the back window were stunning, thoughtful and touching, and he even managed my request to have the playlist I sent ready to go. On top of that, at the last minute you pitched in in a hundred little ways and one very big way (he is a fab photographer!!!) which given the nature of our little group and the restrictions of the time, went a long way. On top of all that he did a journey timings rehearsal too, which I thought was above and beyond. We felt we had much more than a driver and his car today, more like a guardian angel. For being such a professional, decent and dedicated man, we will never forget him.

The Crown Imperial is a true gem of a classic car. We took it on prom night and it was a head-turner, people stopped to stare, and take a pic — no wonder it’s featured in movies. The service was top notch too, owner and driver were punctual and attentive — true professionals. They supplied waters, setup a playlist, and provided a small gift, which made the event so memorable. If I could give Rob 10 stars I would. He was ahead of time, gracious, patient and did everything he could to help me with the photo shoot. Unfortunately the Bentley that we booked wasn't available, but John had another Bentley available for the prom. Smaller but suitable. John told us that other people paid him extra to the advertised price, we felt that paying £495 was ample. John sent us a screen shot showing that he only got paid £360 for the booking. We found this confusing as our booking included a booking fee. So it seemed wrong that he didn't get paid more of the price we paid.

Alla and her Father were amazing! She communicated very well before our wedding on where to meet exactly and what kind of photos she would be taking along with our photographer. She suggested a champagne for us when we didn't really have a preference and it was a great choice! She even took polaroid photos on the side and gave them to us! it was a great addition that she does and we hang them on our fridge now. As weddings happen, things run late, stuff doesn't happen to schedule, and Alla and her father were very accommodating. They did not hold us hard to the time limit that we had agreed upon. Of course we were not going to take advantage of them and go for a very long time, but Alla made sure that our day was special and that we got all the photos we wanted and we thank her for that. As for the car, I mean look at it, its beautiful. We took great photos with it and it was a smooth ride from the church to the venue where we took more photos.

This is an efficient service with a great range of cars to consider. The only reason I have given them 4 stars rather than the 5 it was only when we were sitting in the showroom collecting the car we were told there is an £2,500 excess on the car. This was something we would have to pay if there were any incidents whilst the car was in our care. I feel this was something we should know about at the time of booking as it really needed to be taken into account at that point of the process. Other than that, a wonderful experience.

We got married on the 29th June and it had always been a childhood dream of mine to go to my wedding in a Morris Minor (I'm 57) and David made my dream come true with Matilda.
